Kristi is an organizational development (OD) consultant and executive coach with 30 years of experience developing organizations and leaders that thrive.
In addition to her successful work as an executive coach, Kristi’s expertise includes strategic planning, organization assessment, team development, leadership training, and change management. Her clients span local government organizations in the Washington, DC Metropolitan area as well as private sector clients in the architecture, property management, accounting, construction, and commercial development industries.
She is trained and certified in a wide variety of instruments, including the EQI2.0, the Leadership Circle Profile, the Talent Insights profile assessment (DISC & Drivers/Motivators), the Myers-Briggs Type Inventory (MBTI). In addition to earning a distinction as a Certified Diversity Executive, Kristi is certified in Narrative Coaching and Integrative Development and is a certified Diversity to Belonging Facilitator.
Kristi holds a Master’s degree in Public Administration from the University of Virginia and a BA in Politics from Washington and Lee University. Kristi’s post-graduate work has included earning a certificate in Organizational Development from Georgetown University, as well as a certification as a Professional Coactive Coach by the Coaches Training Institute. Additionally, Kristi is credentialed as a Professional Certified Coach, a high level distinction as an experienced coaching practitioner, by the International Coaching Federation.
Outside of work, Kristi loves cooking, enjoying live music of all kinds, wine-tasting, weight lifting classes and outdoor exercise, and spending time with her three adult children, her husband and her two dogs.
