At the heart of Kevin’s many key roles has been coaching leaders to achieve business results by aligning and engaging their employees to the business objectives.
For the past ten years, Kevin has provided human capital consulting for global businesses and been an executive coach and retain executive search senior partner. In addition, he has been an Adjunct Professor at the University of Denver, Daniel School of Business teaching Business/Human Capital Management for Executive MBA students. He has been on the TACT (Teaching the Autism Community Trades) Board for the past four years and is currently the Chairman. In addition, he has served on the University of Dayton alumni board for five years helping to support higher education for the future.
Kevin has coached C-Suite level, VP’s and Director level leaders. As an accomplished executive coach, clients appreciate his straightforward assessment and practical solutions. Using assessment tools and 360 interviews, Kevin works with leaders to focus on the critical few behavioral changes that will have a significant impact on their performance.
Kevin served as Chief Human Resources Officer for Westinghouse AirBrake Co. (WABCO) based in Brussels, Belgium. Prior to WABCO, experiences included executive level HR & Talent Management roles for Arrow Electronic and First Data/Western Union. Earlier experiences included ten years working for Dun & Bradstreet businesses and related spun-off publicly traded companies (IMS Health, AC Nielsen) in senior HR roles. These experiences included working closely with Board of Directors for three publicly traded companies and three international assignments.
Kevin lives in the Denver area. He has an MA in Industrial Relations from Saint Francis University and a BA in Social Work and Criminal Justice from the University of Dayton. When Kevin is not working, he spends a lot time golfing at Glenmoor Country Club where he served on the board and as President. In addition, he travels a lot visitng friends and family who live all around the world.
